Raging Grannies
Founded in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada; gaggles across North America and beyond · Est. 19870101
An international “disorganization” of women of a certain age who use satirical songs and street theater for political protest. More than sixty autonomous local gaggles; the site holds a library of over 1,400 songs and a map for finding or starting one near you. Granny, they say, is a state of mind.
